   Starburst is a lance-leaf (strap) variety with shocking pink main veins and background with a light green margin that has dark green blotches.  As Starburst matures, leaves develop white main veins that contrast well with its dark pink background.  Starburst is suited to all pot sizes and breaks well even without de-eying.  In the landscape it can take 4-6 hours of morning sun and reaches heights to 14” although usually shorter, thus it can be used in the foreground or as a border plant. This caladium variety was developed by Dr. Robert Hartman, CEO of Classic Caladiums.
