Sorbet
is a tissue-cultured selection of the
now unavailable variety Etta Moore. It
has long narrow leaves (strap variety)
with ruffled edges. Sorbet’s color can
vary from pastel pink to white. All
major veins are white and leaf margins
are dark green. Suitable for 4.5” pots
up it is especially nice in 8”-12”
baskets or when used as a border plant
in the landscape. Though most caladiums
prefer partial shade Sorbet seems to
tolerate full sun as long as it is
provided with plenty of water.
