   Caladium Red Alert is a 2015 fancy leaved introduction.  With bright red leaves with a green margin, Red Alert is truly an outstanding plant in pots or the landscape.  Reminding you of a dwarf Frieda Hemple, Red Alert has a short to intermediate height and good branching habit and therefore does not need to be de-eyed for good pot habit.  Red Alert has a relatively short pot crop time and works well in 4” and 6” pots.
